At TillDBQ, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

  • You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.

Exceptions

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
