Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Every order includes tracking — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes — US orders over $50 ship free. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Yes. International shipping is available, with rates calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your destination and package weight.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition.

Factory-sealed collectibles must remain sealed to be eligible for return.
Opened sealed product is only returnable for verified damage or defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Yes. Everything we sell is retail-sourced and verified authentic.

Sealed product ships as received from the distributor. For opened or display items, the condition is shown in the product photos.
